General Manager Secretary
* Handle information sensitively and confidentially, whilst using initiative.
* Monitor and record the Department’s time and attendance discreetly and confidentially.
* Organize and maintain line manager’s calendar of appointments.
* Develop relationships internally and externally to facilitate arrangements according to company values and objectives.
* Pro-actively manage workload to achieve agreed objectives.
* Handle all the filing and the archiving for the company.
*Schedule the GM and deputy GM appointments carefully and promptly.
*Write the letters and correspondents from GM.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Computer skills with advanced skills of MS Office applications.
* Organized, energetic and confident.
* Possesses initiative, good interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Flexible and able to work under pressure.
* Good communication skills
* minimum requirement perfect (english and arabic) spoken, reading, writing
